Registration for Classic Boat Meet
Now you can make your definite entry for the Classic Boat Meet, East Coast Rally and Visby Race by clicking on the link below.
In the window which opens either fill in your password which you received in an earlier mail or register a new boat by clicking on “New entrant”. If you have forgotten your password you can get a new one by giving your email address where you will be sent a new password for the boat or boats you have entered previously.
On the Entry-page you fill in details about yourself and the boat you are entering. Before the end of May we need to have received your entry which must include details of the insurance company that the boat is insured with.
When you have filled in your details and clicked on ”Submit” you will be directed to a new page which you can print out as an invoice so that you don’t miss the last date for payment which is 1 June.
For those of you wanting to take part in the racing we will shortly release a facility where you can fill in details of your boat so that we can calculate a handicap according to the Alma rule. This is free. In conjunction with this we will also put out a guide to the Alma Rule here on the website so you can read how we have planned the handicap rule. Entry for the yacht races in Nynäshamn during the Classic Boat Meet is free of charge since the entry fee is included in the 300 kronor entry fee for Classic Boat Meet (don’t confuse this with the other races hosted by the Nynäshamn Yacht Club in the context of the Jubilee Regatta).
Fees
East Coast Rally Simrishamn – Nynäshamn, SEK 2500 per boat. This includes harbour fees in Simrishamn, Karlskrona, Kalmar and Västervik. Dinner in Simrishamn and Karlskrona for the skipper is also included. Additional surprises may also be expected.
For those who does not choose Visby Race will continue the convoy through the archipelago with the night ends up in nature and in civilization, and for that we do not charge any fees.

Dalarö Skans to Visby, SEK 800
Visby - Nynäshamn, SEK 800. This does not include harbour fees at Visby, but we are planning a couple of surprises in Visby, including a visit to the brewery and a lunch for everyone.
Classic Boat Meet 19-24 July. Boat including skipper, SEK 300. to include harbour dues and breakfast 20-23 July in our main tent and entry fee for the races (if applicable).
Crew, SEK 200 per head to include breakfast in the tent each day.
The tent is located in the harbour and is closed to the public but you can buy drinks and small dishes there.
The Gala Dinner has been divided into two events on account of the overwhelming interest shown; one formal 2-course dinner at the Town Hall, called Jubilee Dinner and a more informal party in our own tent called Tent Party.

We would also like to know how many children under15 are coming (who are not part of the crew). They will get the daily breakfast and come to the party but will not be offered alcoholic drinks.
For those who want vegetarian food at the dinner we will of course provide this if you request it via info@cbm2012.se. We need to know which of the dinners, how many and from which boat.
